Great Calorie Tool!

Check out The Daily Plate for an awesome tool to figure out how many calories you should consume daily. This tool includes options for gaining weight, maintenance, and losing weight. All you have to do is plug in your age, height, weight, and rate how active you are and then your daily calorie amount pops up. I hope you find it as useful as I do!!
