July Giveaway!!

I am SO excited about this month's giveaway! Since I had a crazy June and didn't do a giveaway last month, I am doing 2, that's right 2 giveaways this month! :)

Now that I have my blog on Facebook, I am able to get comments from people who do not have a gmail or yahoo account that can't comment on here. SO...I will accept both places for the following questions:

To enter into the giveaway this month please do the following (either as a comment on this post or on Facebook under the The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly Weightloss Facebook page)
GIVEAWAY WILL CLOSE ON FRIDAY, JULY 22 at 5:00pm!

1. LIKE The Good, The Bad, The Ugly of Weightloss Facebook page.
2. Leave a comment tell me where you find inspiration to help you achieve your dreams. (This does not have to relate to weightloss, it can be for any dream that you have.)
3. For an extra chance in the drawing send a friend to my blog or Facebook page. Make sure they leave a comment that you sent them so I can keep track! For each person you send, you get an extra chance in the drawing.

Let's change the world one person at a time by promoting healthier lifestyles no matter what shape, size, age, etc. you are!

This is what you have a chance to win:
A sign with my all-time favorite verse from the Bible about TRANSFORMING and not conforming to the rest of the world. My friend Beth owns her own company called Peace, Love, and Paper Prayers. Amazing stuff! Make sure you check out her other artwork and LIKE her Facebook Page! She made me a large sign with this same verse that I keep above my treadmill. I cannot even describe to you how beautiful it is. The picture I took doesn't do it justice at all!

An AWESOME Bandz Bracelet with one of my favorite quotes: NOTHING is impossible if you BELIEVE! I wear one of these inspirational Bandz everyday. It gives me a reminder to never give up every time I look at it. :)

  3. Ohhhhh I want that sign!! It's so pretty and bright!! As corny as this sounds, I find the most inspiration when I look at my babies. NOTHING makes me want to be a better person than remembering that I am teaching and shaping them into the people they will be one day. Whether it is being a good Christian, staying in shape and taking care of myself, or just being a good person in general, I always ALWAYS remember that those precious little eyes are watching!!
