The Good: I made it to 14,041 steps today!! This is the most I have ever taken! I really wanted to get over 11,000 and was able to do that today! Now my new goal is 15,000 steps! If I could have exercised a little while longer this morning I probably would have made it to 15,000. New goals always energize me!
The Bad: I cannot stop "munching" today. I felt like I have been hungry all day long. I think it is because I worked out this morning so I should have added a few more calories into my daily food intake because of that. I finally filled up after having a delicious dinner of Chicken Parmesan from Skinnytaste.com. :)
The Ugly: My ankle has been killing me today! I don't know what I have done to it but it has been throbbing all day. It doesn't really bother me when I work out with it but it really bothers me if it hasn't been moved in a while like first thing in the morning or if I have been sitting too long. I hope that it will heal up before next weekend's 5K!!
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way to go! Now, if I could just find MY pedometer...missing it! I loved how it motivated me!
