A few weeks ago, I ran across this idea off of Ada Wong's (Biggest Loser 10) Facebook page. Her trainer inspired Ada to create a
vision board for 2011. She went through and chose things out of magazines that inspired her or that helped her visually show her goals for the year. I loved looking at hers and decided to do one of my own. I sat down this afternoon after cleaning out things this morning and cut out of several magazines I was throwing away. I took a piece of cardboard from a box to glue the pieces on.
I hope you are inspired to make one of your own. Put it in a place where you will see it every day to remind yourself of your 2011 goals. :)
Here is my 2011 Vision Board:

I ended up putting it on my "motivation" board above my treadmill. I felt like I could concentrate on focusing on my goals when I walk/run each day.
Love it!!!! I need to make one for myself!
ReplyDeleteI love this idea! I am definitely going to make one!
