January 6

The Good: I made a yummy chicken dinner tonight that I cannot wait to share with you. It was one of those, fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants meals but it turned out AWESOME! I am looking forward to adding it to my collection of yummy, healthy meals. :)


The Bad: I have been hungrier today than usual. I am thinking a lot of it is coming from stress so I am hoping it will pass over soon. I did track everything I ate today and stayed right around my PointsPlus target but I still wanted to snack on everything in sight today. I tried really hard to do something to keep my mind off of snacking and that worked. Little accomplishments add up along the way. :)

The Ugly: I did not get any exercise in today. :( I can definitely tell that I am missing it! I just could not find time to fit it in my day today. I was supposed to go to a Zumba class tonight but did not make it because I was tied up dealing with a few other things. I was looking forward to it but will have to wait until next week. I hope to do extra cardio this weekend to make up for what I didn't do this week.

  2. Lexington Baptist Church on Thursdays at 7pm. It is sooo much fun! I would love to have you join me sometime!! I hate I had to miss it last night. :(

  3. IS it free? Also, I've been trying Zumba Wii. I'm finding that the controller reads everything you do as "correct". I'm not happy with it so far. I can't decide if it's something I'm doing wrong or if the game just isn't up to par.

  4. Jennifer-it is $3 a class so not bad at all! I have been wondering about the Wii version of Zumba. I have seen mixed reviews on amazon.com. Let me know if it gets better!
