Don't forget that Biggest Loser Season 11 starts TONIGHT at 8:00pm! I LOVED last season and looking forward to another great season! I always love the first episode because it is so motivating so see where they all start! Leave me a comment and let me know who your favorite team this season is!

My favorite team so far is the aqua team! Courtney is an awesome girl and is a friend of mine on Facebook. She is very positive and motivating! I think she has the key to the ranch because she has already dropped 100 pounds at home on her own before coming to the ranch!
