The Good: I was complimented several times at school today but different people about noticing my weight loss! Hearing those comments fuels my motivation even more! Since I see myself everyday, I don't notice the changes as much as someone who hasn't seen me in a week. I was really excited about hearing the compliments today. :) I also noticed my pants are getting very loose around the thigh area. Woo Hoo! Great feeling!!

The Bad: I have officially decided that Lexington needs some more organic/health food restaurants. Anytime I don't feel like cooking, it is very difficult to find somewhere to eat and feel good about it. I keep going back to ZPizza which is DELICIOUS but I do wish that there were other options. I hope Lexington works on getting more organic/whole food restaurants. :)
The Ugly: I decided to do a Jillian Michaels' "beginner" circuit training DVD today. WOW! Beginner is NOT the appropriate word for this video! It kicked my butt! I was definitely pushed which was great but it was REALLY hard! I do know that I got myself to this point in my life and it is going to take a lot of pain, sweat, and tears to get my body back to where it should be. I am still sore from the other day so it made it more difficult to do some of the circuit workouts but hopefully my muscles will continue to strengthen and burn more calories!
