Hey everyone! Happy Sunday! I am enjoying a wonderful day spending time at home working on learning more about my new lifestyle and surfing online. I just ran across an AMAZING website that tracks your daily calorie intake. Not only does it find your food's nutrition facts, visually tracks how many calories you have left in a day, but it also graphs how much carbs, protein, and fat you took in that day in pie-chart. It also is FREE to register and it saves your daily food tracker. You can also see many other graphs charting your progress. What a valuable tool! I am going to start using it along with my WW paper tracker. I am a visual person so this is such an amazing thing for me! I hope you find it just as useful!
